Character Powers: What They Do and How Upgrades Work

Below is the complete list of all character powers currently available in Paper.io 2.
For each power, you can see which characters use it, what it does in gameplay, and what is improved when the power is upgraded.

Paint Blast	Dotti	Shoots a forward blast that paints a cone in front of you.	Range

Paint Mines	Sandy	Drops mines that explode on contact, painting an area.	Mine radius
Trail Splatter	Squiddo	Leaves small splatters of paint along your trail while active.	Amount of splatters
Spiral Wave	Cacton	Releases a spiral shockwave that wipes enemies and their paint.	Radius
Quick Dash	Pengu	Dashes forward quickly, painting your trail.	Dash distance
Paint Rush	Eko	Increases your speed while moving on painted areas.	Speed %
Nomad Rush	Cheery	Increases your speed while moving outside painted areas.	Speed % outside paint
Full Rush	Paws	Increases your speed everywhere, regardless of terrain.	Speed % everywhere
Voltage	BunBun, Bullbot	Electrifies around you and zaps nearby opponents.	Duration
Shield Trap	Krabbs	Deploys a shield barrier that opponents cannot cross.	Size
Rock Tail	Mokko	Protects your trail with a solid tail that blocks opponents.	Length / size
