Ads keep Paper.io 2 free for everyone, but they have to behave. If one does not, let us know and we will block it.
THE AD IS BLOCKING YOU
If an ad cannot be closed, has no X button, or freezes the game, force-close the app to get out of it, then send us a ticket with the categories Technical Issues → Blocked.
If you can, include:
- What the ad was for (brand or app name)
- Your phone model
- A screenshot, if you managed to take one. It is the fastest way for us to find and remove the ad.
THE AD IS INAPPROPRIATE
If an ad is shocking or misleading, report it with the category Inappropriate Ads. We treat these as a priority.
YOU WATCHED A VIDEO BUT GOT NO REWARD
This can happen when the connection drops during the video. Restart the game first, as rewards often arrive on the next launch. If it keeps happening, send us a ticket under Technical Issues and tell us which reward you were claiming.
