Enter a ticket with Technical Issues > Blocked as the categories as soon as you're able. Our team will use your user ID to pinpoint the faulty ads and block them. - Ads are inappropriate:
If you encounter ads that are gory, sexual or feature any kind of illegal or inappriopriate content in a game for all audiences, enter a ticket with Inappropriate Ads as the category. Our team will use your user ID to isolate and block the ads.
- Ads are back after you purchased the no ads:
First make sure the ads you're seeing are forced ads (banner or the ads that show up mid-game) and not optional ads (which you can identify with the video icon on their respective buttons). If you're indeed seeing forced ads, then enter a ticket with Purchase Issues > No Ads not working as the categories.
If you're playing on Android our team will always issue a refund provided your purchase is not too old. If you're on iOS however you will need to ask Apple for a refund directly at this address.
