How do I request a refund?

Only the no ads purchases may be refunded.


iOS users

We cannot refund purchases on iOS. You will have to ask Apple directly at the following address: https://reportaproblem.apple.com


Android users


Please enter a ticket with Purchase Issues > No Ads not working as the categories and make sure to provide us with the mail address you used to make the purchase. Provided that your purchase isn't too old, our team will refund it.
