I bought No Ads but still see ads

If you purchased No Ads and still see ads, here is how to fix it.

FIRST, CHECK WHAT KIND OF AD IT IS

• Optional reward videos, marked with a video icon, are part of the game for everyone. They only play if you tap them, and they are normal after buying No Ads.
• Forced ads between runs, or banners: those should be gone. Keep reading.

QUICK FIXES

1. Restart the game. The purchase sometimes needs a fresh start to take effect.
2. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase.
3. Confirm the purchase went through: check your receipt in your purchase history (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com, Google: play.google.com under Payments & subscriptions).

STILL SEEING FORCED ADS?

Send us a ticket with the categories Purchase Issues → No Ads not working, and include the email address linked to your purchase. Contacting us from the game (Settings → Help & Support) is even better, since your player ID is attached automatically.
