The game won't load or keeps crashing

If the game is stuck on the loading screen or closes unexpectedly, go through this checklist. It solves the vast majority of cases.

THE CHECKLIST

1. Close the app completely (swipe it away from your recent apps)
2. Check that your internet connection is stable. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
3. Update the game to the latest version on the App Store or Play Store
4. Restart your phone
5. Free up storage space if your device is nearly full
6. Open the game again

BEFORE YOU REINSTALL, READ THIS

Reinstalling can help, but deleting the game deletes your local save. Before you reinstall:

1. If the game opens, go to Settings and sign in with Apple or Google to back up your progress
2. Then reinstall, sign back in, and select your saved game

If the game does not open at all and you were not signed in, contact us before reinstalling.
